Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to damaged or defective products received by the customer. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or for products that are received in good condition.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure a fair process, we require a complete unboxing video for every refund or replacement claim. This is a mandatory requirement with no exceptions.

  • The video must show the outer packaging and shipping label clearly before opening.
  • The video must be continuous, without any edits, cuts, or pauses.
  • The video should clearly show the product being taken out and the damage being identified.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

3. Reporting Damages

Any damage or defect must be reported to our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Please share your order ID and the unboxing video via our official contact channels (Email/WhatsApp).

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your video and report, our team will inspect the evidence. If approved, we will initiate a replacement of the damaged item or a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.
  • Loss of items after successful delivery.
