Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to damaged or defective products received by the customer. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or for products that are received in good condition.
To ensure a fair process, we require a complete unboxing video for every refund or replacement claim. This is a mandatory requirement with no exceptions.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
Any damage or defect must be reported to our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Please share your order ID and the unboxing video via our official contact channels (Email/WhatsApp).
Once we receive your video and report, our team will inspect the evidence. If approved, we will initiate a replacement of the damaged item or a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
